How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the US takes 3–7 business days, with free shipping on every order. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your bed leaves our warehouse.

What size should I choose for my dog?

We recommend measuring your dog from nose to base of tail and adding 6–8 inches for stretching room. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Still unsure? Email us your dog's weight and breed — we'll help you choose.

Can I return or exchange a bed?

Yes. We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If your dog isn't in love with their Pawzie, send it back for a full refund or free exchange — no questions asked.

How do I clean my Pawzie bed?

Every cover is removable and machine-washable on cold. Air dry or tumble dry on low. The inner cushion can be spot-cleaned with mild soap. Care instructions are stitched into every cover.
